Any postage costs will be calculated upon checkout.You will now enter a secure payment process where you will complete your delivery and payment details. Our merchant services are provided by PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Minor Mail do not see or hold your credit card details.
You will receive an email from Paypal confirming your order has been made.
Minor mail will email you confirming your order has been received.
Post: If you prefer to order by post then send a cheque made payable to Minor Mail to 12 Rose Grove, Wellington, Telford, Shropshire, TF1 1JB.
Email: Email your order to donna@minormail.co.uk and we will get your goods ready for despatch upon reciept of payment.
Delivery: We aim to dispatch your goods within 3 working days of receiving your order.Normal delivery may take up to 5 working days. During offer periods we may take a little longer and will email you to advise of estimated delivery times. If the goods are unexpectedly out of stock we will contact you with delivery details. Please contact us for urgent delivery requests and we will do our best to help.Any postage costs will be calculated upon checkout.
Postage: Postage is free on all U.K deliveries over £10. A flat U.K charge of 50p is to be added for all orders under £10 to cover postage and packaging. All items are sent by Royal Mail. For overseas orders please email us for details.
Packaging: All orders are sent in a boarded envelope to ensure all items are delivered flat.
Returns: We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy then return the unused item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days and we will be pleased to offer an exchange or refund. We do not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or damaged. We advise you to return the items by registered post. If you find goods to be damaged on arrival then please contact us and we will promptly organise replacement or refund.
